Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will
immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

Delivery takes 5-15 business days.

International shipping outside the U.S. takes 15-20 business days.

* 18K gold/rose gold takes up to 20 business days.

Every order is subject to product availability.

Shipping:
If an item in your order isn't available, we'll ship the items that are available first. Once the unavailable item is ready, we'll dispatch it separately. Shipping expenses are non-refundable and are calculated based on item weight and your location. The delivery date for your order may vary due to carrier practices, delivery location, delivery method, and the number of items ordered.

Taxes and Charges:
You are responsible for all taxes related to your order's delivery, which may include sales tax, value-added tax, customs duties, and excise duties. If any damage is observed in the delivered items, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
